Yang Sing's Cookery Classes

Sharing our knowledge & expertise with you

Our classes train students in the different disciplines of a Cantonese kitchen. You’ll be able to recreate a little bit of our restaurant magic in your own home. Classes tend to be smaller group sizes with plenty of one-to-one tuition.

Class dates are listed below; standard Cantonese cookery class lasts anywhere from 2-3 hours- this class delivers a basic grounding in the core tenets of dim sum, and wok cooking with our on duty team, and dining is inclued afterwards. Our master classes last longer, approx 3-4 hours and covers all 3 disciplines in more detail and complexity. Students will have a chance to spend time with our master chef and patron Harry Yeung, dining is also included. All classes are suitable for suitable of mixed abilities.  

Our private classes are ideal for corporate groups looking for hospitality or teambuilding, or even for a group of friends for a party or simply with an interest in Chinese culture and the culinary arts.
