Sad news: Hotel Yang Sing Oriental has closed.

We regret to inform you that, despite the hard work and best efforts of an amazing team, Yang Sing Oriental Ltd has been placed into liquidation.

As a result of this, our beautiful sister hotel closed its doors on Monday 2nd March 2009.

Yang Sing Oriental Ltd tried to create the best hotel in Manchester and we really believe that it succeeded. Everyone who stayed there loved it and it has been a real pleasure and privilege for us to work alongside the hotel team.

We are very proud of their efforts and deeply saddened by the closure.

Unfortunately, the opening of the hotel could not have happened at a worse time; as we are suffering the catastrophic effects of a global banking crisis, credit crunch and the worst recession since the 1930s.

Yang Sing Restaurant remains totally unaffected by this closure and will continue trading as normal
