Served by their own superbly equipped and specialised kitchen, our suite of banqueting rooms cover two floors and can dine up to 340 people in total.

They are predominantly used for conference dinners, corporate entertainment, meetings, seminars, charity events, wine tastings, product launches, wedding breakfasts and family celebrations and Yang Sing special events – such as our famous and highly enjoyable Wok 'n' Roll Evenings and Jazz Nights – though we are open to many and varied suggestions!
